You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. You will continue to have access to your plan until the subscription ends.
In cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, we will issue a full refund regardless of the 30-day window. Contact us at [email protected] with your account details and we will resolve it promptly.
