By accessing or using WRVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
WRVault is a SaaS platform that provides tools for generating and managing mTLS certificates, JWT signing keys, and API keys. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, distributing malware or harmful content, or interfering with the Service's operation.
Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Your cryptographic keys and certificates are stored securely. You are responsible for the security of any keys or certificates you generate. We recommend rotating keys regularly and revoking unused credentials.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of cryptographic material generated by WRVault is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
